This is our next (second) project to build a self-sustaining community in South America, which we plan to start in 2024. The project is not so much about profit – it's more about covering costs – but more about making sure that we function as a people on a piece of land, completely self-sufficient, without the need for systemic money, and that we are not alone on a large piece of land, in a wilderness far and wide, and that we can help each other selflessly here and there when needed. It's definitely not about "XY" daily duties – we really don't like that and we don't want to and won't live like that. We like peace and privacy, so there is no common living or living in a house on a house, or regular "mandatory events", regular meetings, etc., and if you are looking for something like that, you definitely need to look somewhere else, because you will not find anything like that here... We want to have in our neighbourhood pleasant, positive and mainly non-conflicting people who love, as we do, peace and nature. We are even building our house without electricity, internet and a bunch of modern "gadgets". On the land will stand houses with purely natural materials (clay, straw, wood, clay, stone, wool...) with a minimum of equipment. Our idea is to have a modest, easily and quickly repairable, sufficiently spacious, clean and cosy home with basic equipment, our own roof over our heads - a place where we can sit, lie down, a home without a bunch of unnecessary things, without which today's ordinary – modern so-called "civilized" person can live, which distract him, keep him/her busy, give him/her a lot of daily duties, worries and fear of losing them – on the basis of which a person is concerned with how to protect his/her property, maintain, repair, etc. and becomes a slave to the things he owns and which take away his peace of mind.
More information on housing:
The price of the houses with basic equipment with a minimum size of 100m2, on a fenced plot of at least 1 hectare (10,000m2) will be estimated at about 60,000 Eur/USD. Larger area of land/house, equipment (furnishing) of the house, etc. by agreement. As the project gets underway, we'll be adding photos here gradually – from time to time – to give you an overview and motivation... :). The land will be planted with fruit trees, shrubs, vegetables, nuts and herbs of all kinds, crystal clear, unpolluted, uncontaminated water and soil, chemically dust-free air. We would also be happy to have livestock for milk, eggs, wool etc. Moreover, such a sheep is a good natural "mower"... :). Eventually, we plan to build a tennis court, add a ping-pong table, smaller basketball and football courts, etc., to which all community residents will have free access for life. It may sound too luxurious to some, but we simply see it as sport, exercise, fun, relaxation, cultural activities and the overall added value of our natural living. Now compare that to the possibilities where you are – where you currently live. What does the money buy there?
Why Latin America, you may ask? There are several reasons, the most important ones, which guarantee ideal living conditions, I will mention below:
1. Stable climate
The community will be in a place where the heat is stable enough for year-round subsistence cultivation, but at the same time not too hot (muggy) – i.e. too high temperatures that may not be comfortable for many people and may cause them various inconveniences – especially due to climate change – compared to what they have been used to all their lives, concerning their health. In addition, we will choose a location for our future community where there is regular rainfall (about every day or every two days on average during a certain period) and humidity (healthy air), which will ensure regular watering of the crops and generally suitable conditions for their healthy growth, and you will not have to worry about the crops in this respect – which is a very nice bonus that will make life easier and relieve you of such a common, necessary regular compulsory activity and you can devote your time to other activities. Of course, if your dream is a lifetime of tending a garden and nothing else, that's another matter, you probably won't have anything else to do anyway... :)
2. A healthy, uncontaminated environment
As I have already outlined above – the community will be built in a place where (at least for the time being – unlike in Europe, for example) no planes (the so-called "Chemtrails") fly over, which release God knows what all kinds of chemical crap (heavy metals) into the air, which, apart from the air, end up in the water and soil, which we then breathe and consume, causing us health problems and overall – rapidly deteriorating the quality and shortening the length of our lives.
3. Political situation and mentality of people – local (surrounding) population – local "laws"
According to the information we have from our friends who have been living in various parts of Latin America for some time, the difference from Europeans is significant in several ways. The inhabitants (in general) in various places in Latin America are more temperamental and have, so to speak, their own customs and, so to speak, their own "laws". There are, for example, places where even the system's so-called "policemen" do not go (do not enter) because of the respect of the local (native) population, which is an advantage – in the context of the anti-human system's slave laws, regulations and decrees, which such type of people simply do not respect and it is much more difficult to force them to obey. Some places don't even have a military (at least for now). So also in connection with the so-called "Great Reset and the New World Order (NWO)" assumes that in such areas on Earth, the systemic so-called "overseers (elites)" will logically be much more difficult and slower to implement and realize, compared to so-called "civilized" places in our world, such as e.g. Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and some countries in Asia.
4. So-called "laws" of some South American countries (so-called "states")
We are going our own way - i.e. outside the standard corporate slave system (the so-called "jurisdiction of the maritime admiralty"), because we as living people – free living human beings have diplomatic immunity and the laws of this corporate jurisdiction (maritime - shipping law) do not apply to us (at least from the legal point of view), but the system despite this (although quite illegally – but obviously the armed mafia does not worry about this) creates problems and for this reason this way is obviously not for everyone, virtually may not suit absolutely everyone. So it is an advantage that in certain countries in Latin America, for example, they do not have requirements for various architectural (building) projects, restrictions on construction, etc. So you just have your own land and you can build whatever you want on it, because absolutely nobody cares and nobody cares about you in this respect. Furthermore, as regards e.g. the cultivation and use of various herbs, in these countries – of course it depends on the specific place (like where), there are also different systemic so-called "laws" and the associated (at least for now) much greater freedom and tolerance on the part of the so-called "state", in connection with the cultivation, use and the so-called “possessing” (holding) of (not only) herbal drugs – our herbal allies, such as cannabis, coca, ayahuasca, sage miraculous and many other (not only) natural drugs, for which you do not necessarily have to have diplomatic immunity, or any special permit, and you can use this as an ordinary so-called "citizen", if you have the need to remain one, whatever the reason for such a decision...
In conclusion, there are of course more reasons for choosing Latin America, but these are the main basics and advantages that we see. We would be happy for any other good like-minded person to become part of our self-sustaining community...
